On May 3rd, 2009, 13, Shangdan Circular Industry Economic Park held a grand unveiling ceremony, and major projects such as Shangluo Power Plant, the first-phase project of fluorosilicone industrial park, and the comprehensive recycling of 65,438+10,000 tons of zinc slag in Shangluo Zinc Smelter started at the same time, marking the official start of the construction of Shangdan Circular Industry Economic Park.

The eight projects started at the main venue of the unveiling ceremony are: BYD auto airbag project, BYD lithium vanadate battery material project, BYD lithium hexafluorophosphate battery material project, Shangluo power plant project, Shangluo 330 kV Zhang Cun substation expansion project, emerging molybdenum deep processing project in the west, Shangluo branch project of Shaanxi Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, and construction project of western superconducting high-quality vanadium-aluminum alloy material production line. The total design investment of these projects is 8.07 billion yuan, the annual sales income can reach 654.38+0.9 billion yuan, and the fiscal and taxation contribution reaches 2 billion yuan.

On the same day, the groundbreaking ceremony of the first phase project of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Shangluo Fluorine Silicon Industrial Park and the comprehensive recovery project of 65,438+10,000 tons of electrolytic zinc waste residue in Shangluo Zinc Smelter was held in Yuyuan Village and Shangluo Zinc Smelter in Baiyangdian Town, Shangzhou District. The fluorosilicone chemical project is a resource deep processing project of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Company and Shangluo Shangzhou Chemical Co., Ltd., which integrates scientific research and production with Shangluo's abundant fluorite resources. This project is a breakthrough development support project in southern Shaanxi, a major scientific and technological industrialization project in "13 1 15" province and a key construction project in our city. The total investment of the project is 177 billion yuan, which will be constructed in two phases. After the project is completed, the annual output value will exceed 654,380.8 billion yuan, and the profit and tax will be close to 400 million yuan. The comprehensive recycling project of 654.38+10,000 tons of electrolytic zinc waste residue in Shangluo Zinc Smelter has a total investment of 2 1 10,000 yuan, an annual sales income of 857 million yuan, taxes paid158 million yuan, and after-tax profit167 million yuan. The project has an annual production capacity of 654.38+10,000 tons of electrolytic zinc, and comprehensively recovers 10 kinds of associated valuable metals, effectively saving rare and precious mineral resources. The implementation of this project is of great significance to realize zero discharge of industrial waste residue and build an environment-friendly circular economy enterprise.
