Notice on Issuing Qualification Certificates of Licensed Pharmacists in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province in 2020

Our institute is scheduled to issue the professional and technical qualification certificates of first-class builders, registered metrology engineers, licensed pharmacists and economists (junior and intermediate) in 2020 from April 2, 20021year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. certificate name: first-class constructor qualification certificate, registered surveyor qualification certificate, licensed pharmacist, and economic (junior and intermediate) qualification certificate.

2. Holders: those who have signed up for the qualification examination of Grade I constructor, registered metrological engineer, licensed pharmacist and economist (junior and intermediate) in Qingyuan test area in 2020, and all passed the examination.

3. Collection method: The holder can choose to collect on-site or apply by online mail.

1. Field acquisition. If the holder himself receives it, he will receive it with the original ID card (or social security card); Original ID card (or social security card) of the holder of the certificate and my ID card (or social security card).

2. Apply for mailing. The holder logs into the Guangdong professional and technical personnel professional qualification examination business processing system (website: http:/182.92.48.72: 82), enters the "certificate mailing" business, selects the corresponding examination items and submits a mailing application. The certificate is usually sent by postal EMS within 3 working days after the application is accepted (the mailing fee needs to be paid).
