As a special group, college students have their own advantages and are easy to take part-time jobs. In terms of study and research, college students have far fewer classes than middle school students, and their free time is relatively increased, which is conducive to their own control. Because part-time jobs can not only get in touch with society, get exercise, improve comprehensive quality, but also accompany a certain amount of economic income, so most people choose part-time jobs to pass their spare time. In this survey, data were collected by questionnaire survey, and the respondents were selected by random sampling, and students from three universities in Jiaozuo City (Henan Polytechnic University, jiaozuo university and Jiaozuo Teachers College) were surveyed by questionnaire. 200 questionnaires were actually distributed, and 50 valid questionnaires/kloc-0 were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 75%. This paper analyzes and studies the types, methods, purposes and the relationship between part-time jobs and learning of students from Henan Polytechnic University, jiaozuo university and Jiaozuo Teachers College. First, the distribution of college students' part-time jobs with their grades. It can be seen that the proportion of boys doing part-time jobs is relatively high. According to our investigation, juniors in various majors have more specialized courses, greater study pressure and less free time, so the proportion of part-time jobs for juniors is basically the same as that for sophomores. The senior year is mainly the off-campus internship stage. At the same time, because the basic courses have been basically completed, college students will use more time to do part-time jobs, accumulate work experience and lay the foundation for future employment, so the number of part-time jobs is much higher than that in junior year. Second, the ways and types of part-time jobs for college students. The results show that 59.3% of the students find part-time jobs by themselves, of which 60.7% are boys and 39.3% are girls. 24.7% of the students find part-time jobs through intermediaries, of which 40.5% are boys and 59.5% are girls. 26.0% students work part-time at school through work-study programs; In addition, 16.7% students seek part-time jobs through TV or online media information; Campus advertisements and posters also accounted for 22%; 10.7% students find part-time jobs through acquaintances; Of course, some students seek part-time jobs through other channels, such as the talent market. Work-study program provided by the school is also a good way. First of all, it is very safe to work part-time at school, and disputes can be handled well. College students work part-time, mainly engaged in work-study programs, campus agents, tutors, flyers, promoters, salesmen, catering waiters and other service jobs. Of course, some students do other related fields. In addition, the working hours of tutors are more flexible, the work is easier and the remuneration is acceptable. In addition, for example, the work of sales promotion is temporary, and the social demand for this aspect is also great, with low professional and technical content. Generally speaking, college students of all majors and grades are easy to be competent. For those college students whose main purpose is to make a living, finding a part-time job is the main choice. However, judging from these part-time jobs, there are not many part-time jobs that can truly reflect the physical value of college students and require them to use scientific and technological knowledge and skills. More attention is paid to the cheapness of college students, and most work units do not pay insurance for college students. Therefore, from the current situation, most part-time jobs of college students are unstable, random and low in scientific and technological content.
