Captain’s Class Course Settings:

Engineer long class course setting:

Leadership shift course setting:

Theory: ( 1) Fundamentals of Marine Engineering (2) Main Engine (3) Auxiliary Engine (4) English (5) Automation

2. Registration time for job competency training: Registration from March 15 to March 21, 2011

Theoretical class start time: March 21, 2011 (subject to the curriculum); Theoretical examination: mid-July 2011

Practical training time: April to June: Listening and conversation, stowage and securing, weather fax charts, emergency response and cases;

Training on other assessment items at the end of June and early July.

Preliminary evaluation: end of June and beginning of July 2011

3. Registration for job competency training

Trainers shall submit: trainees’ Chinese and English names when registering for training , gender, place of birth, ID number, unit and other information. And submit three straight-edge color photos (5 cm) with white background and no hat (on paper) and an electronic photo named after your name and ID number (size 240×320).

4. Registration for the job competency examination (the admission ticket, examination time, and examination venue location shall be issued by the Maritime Safety Administration that accepts examination registration)

(1) The examination qualifications for the competency certificate shall be Confirmed by the Maritime Safety Administration;

(2) Examination registration materials (application form and attached materials, etc.) shall be sent directly to the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration by the employer;

(3) Free crew members can register After the materials are prepared, they will be sent to the Crew Training Center and handed over to the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration before April 8.

3. Professional training courses

1. Ship and company security officer training courses (only enrolling students who have participated in job competency training courses)

Registration time: Registration from March 15 to March 21, 2011

Class time: initially scheduled between April and May 2011 (the course is interspersed with the free time of the first deputy class)

Examination time: initially scheduled for the end of May 2011.

2. Onboard medical training class

Registration time: (same as security guard)

Class time: initially scheduled between May and June 2011

Examination time: initially scheduled for mid-July 2011.

3. Large ship manipulation: registration, class, examination time: (same as security)

4. Students with professional certificate training

(1) When registering , should provide (fill in the form) the student’s Chinese and English name, gender, place of birth, ID number, unit and other information.

(2) Before class (the first class), you should submit:

4 straight-edged 5cm color photos with white background, and electronic photos (size 240×320) ;

New version of the service book, four certificates, and a copy of my ID card (according to the regulations of the Maritime Safety Administration, you must first register as a crew member to participate in this training and obtain the new version of the service book);

Other materials required by the Maritime Administrator.
