Why should the company recruit fresh graduates!

A graduate is a blank sheet of paper, just like a child going to school. Teachers say the same thing, do the same thing, and never give in. This should be the case in any industry.

Every company has its own culture. Graduates have no old bird's mind and can abide by and carry out the company's operating orders. Some low-level positions need graduates, such as assistant manager or engineer. When they are unfamiliar with products and systems, their absorption is the strongest. When they reach a higher management position or engineer level, they need creativity and experience, but that is also the most practical through teaching, learning and internalization.

Tall buildings have sprung up, the foundation has been laid, the concept is correct, and everything can be done at once.
