How can human resources become strategic partners of enterprises?

As an HR, the ultimate goal is to become the BP of the enterprise, which is the so-called strategic partner. My personal understanding of this is: 1. As HR personnel, their own abilities must first meet the standards, that is, their own professional knowledge, problem analysis and solving skills, and communication skills need to be strong.

2. The human resources department should change its thinking and focus on strategic human resources management planning, human resources allocation, selection, education, retention and employment strategy and system construction, rather than on tedious personnel and administrative affairs.

3. From the perspective of the boss and the company's strategy, design reasonable tools and systems to ensure the realization of the company's strategy, such as designing a reasonable performance management system, a strategic salary and welfare system, and a perfect recruitment and distribution system.

4. Maintain close cooperation with business departments, and HR personnel should be familiar with various business processes of the company. Only in this way can we have a clear aim when designing and formulating corresponding systems, processes and tools.

5. Help the boss and other departments to solve problems, which is similar to the first point, that is, HR should have excellent professional ability.
