The company's name is Times Lingchuang, sometimes called Hangzhou Branch of Beijing Telecom Engineering Bureau, which is a bit messy. But to be honest, the experience of that time is really hard to forget, and it is unforgettable so far! From Zhejiang base camp to work in the southwest and northwest, and finally returned to Zhejiang until he resigned. We all know what we have experienced and done, two words: enrichment!

Fresh graduates can master a job in two years at most. In this case, the work will become repetitive. People with ideas and ambitions will begin to yearn for change. I was the same at that time, so I chose to resign.

In retrospect, as everyone said, there are some problems in the reimbursement, salary distribution and management of the company, but please stick to these two viewpoints. First: if you have no ability, don't say the road is rough! The communication industry, even design institutes, costs 200,000 to 300,000 yuan a year, provided that you have that ability. It's as simple as that, isn't it? Second: the company is not a home, and the boss Gu is not a philanthropist. It is not easy to solve the employment of so many people by pulling such a big stall. Or put yourself in others' shoes, right?

The competition in the design industry is becoming more and more fierce. First-class design institutes like Huayou began to subcontract mobile design institutes, which illustrates this point. But opportunities also coexist, depending on how you plan your own path, right?
