Of course, those schools are generally small fish and shrimp, and the employment rate of the animation industry is infinitely close to zero. There is nothing to be afraid of. Then start looking for a job.

I found out that only first-tier cities have good companies, and then second-tier cities have similar companies. It's gone.

If a company has an average of 100 people, then the number of people who can get a good company is 3000. Do you think there are more jobs besides old employees and people who have job-hopping experience?

And then something really cool happened. Those students who spent tens of thousands of tuition fees graduated, only to find that this industry is so stupid. So they made a decision-when sending their resumes to the company, they explained that they could get a job experience without giving money. Giving money is like crying gratitude, just like holding a grandson. ...

As a result, our wages plummeted. Because those graduates want very little money, 1000 or more is fine or no money, which is called internship. Although their animation was poorly trained and cheap, they only made money without losing money for a long time. So now the salary of animators is generally 2000-3000 for regular employees, and the rest 1000 is not.

Friends who don't believe can go to Zhaopin to recruit or look at the salary rate and employment rate. The employment rate is only about 20%, ranking second in the country.

In fact, I want to say that we are not machines, but all the benefits of animators have been reduced because of this series of reasons. Think about it. There are so many people competing for jobs. Why do companies want to find veterans who earn several times more than novices but work twice as much as novices?

My friend told me that she works in the personnel department of a small company and receives hundreds of resumes every day. I sprayed them. Our company receives thousands of resumes every day, really.

Sometimes, it's scary to think about it. What should we do after 40 years old?

Still doing animation all night? Sitting in front of the computer? Sleep later than the dog, get up earlier than the chicken, be a dog? Tired as a chicken? If you can't afford a house in a big city, you have to rent it for life, because this industry is only available in big cities.

So I advise you, if you want to make money and find a good job, unless you are a genius or something, don't think about it.
