Can the auxiliary police drive a police car when they are out?

Auxiliary police can't drive a police car alone. The police car shall be driven by the people's police of the unit to which the police car belongs, and the auxiliary police refers to non-people police personnel who provide auxiliary support for the daily operation and police activities of public security organs. Police auxiliary personnel are recruited and used by local people's governments at or above the county level or public security organs through purchasing services from social forces, signing labor contracts or employment contracts according to law. Article 14 of the Regulations on the Management of Police Cars stipulates that public security organs, state security organs, prisons, reeducation-through-labor administrative organs, people's courts and people's procuratorates shall strictly manage police cars in their own departments. Police cars shall not be used for other purposes except for the tasks listed in Article 2 of these Provisions. Police cars should be driven by the people's police of their subordinate units. When driving a police car, you should hold a motor vehicle driver's license and a people's police card in accordance with the provisions of the standard police uniform (you don't need to wear a police cap when driving a car, but you should wear a standard police helmet when driving a motorcycle). The people's police during the internship period are not allowed to drive a police car. When driving a police car to perform official duties in different places, the people's police shall abide by the provisions on cooperation in handling cases.
