Chapter I General Principles

Chapter II Examination, Assessment and Certification Procedures

Sixth quality and technical supervision departments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the examination and certification of special equipment operators, and the specific grade range shall be determined by the provincial quality and technical supervision departments and published throughout the province.

Article 9 The issuing departments and examination institutions shall publish these Measures, the procedures for issuing examination certificates, the types of examination operators, the specific application conditions, the basis and standard of fees, the name and place of the examination institutions, the examination plan and other matters in the office. Among them, the examination registration time, examination subjects, examination place, examination time and other specific examination plan matters should be announced 2 months before the examination is held.

Article 10 A person applying for the certificate of special equipment operator shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The age is 18 years old;

(2) Being in good health and meeting the special requirements of the type of operation applied for;

(4) Having work experience suitable for the type of work to be engaged in;

Article 12 Eligible applicants shall submit relevant certification materials to the examination institutions and sign up for the examination.
