Wenzhou Ring Expressway is 154km long, numbered S 10, and it surrounds Wenzhou urban area, connecting Yueqing, Yongjia, Lucheng, Ouhai, Rui 'an, Pingyang, Longwan, Dongtou (Oujiangkou) and other areas in Wenzhou, and connecting Shenhai Expressway, Liwen Expressway, Zhu Yong Expressway, Longliwen Expressway and Coastal Double-track Expressway. Wenzhou Ring Expressway is divided into four lines, east, west, south and north, with a total length of about 154 km. Upon completion, it will be larger than the Hangzhou Ring Expressway, which is currently known as the first in China, with a length of 123 km. Wenzhou Ring Expressway is the "one circle" of the main skeleton of "two verticals, two horizontals, eighteen rings and three passages" in Zhejiang Provincial Highway and Waterway Traffic Construction Plan, and it is also the "one circle" of the main skeleton of "two verticals, two horizontals, two rings and one circle" in Wenzhou Highway and Waterway Traffic Construction Plan (2003-2020).
