What's the difference between an interaction designer and a UI designer?

For a small company, these two positions actually have similar job contents, both of which are user interface design. However, if it is a larger company or R&D team, these two positions still have their own sub-areas.

Interaction designers mainly study the relationship between user needs and interface, and design and plan the product functions and interface interaction modules according to this relationship. After the interaction designers have finished all these tasks, UI designers will design and optimize the details of the page, so the work of UI designers will be more visual.

However, there are still many intersections between these two jobs. If those who do interaction have experience in UI design, the product prototype will be more standardized and beautiful. If those who do UI design have experience in interaction design, they will pay more attention to user needs and user experience in specific design.
