Rule number one. Factory workers must strictly abide by the handover system, report to the workshop meeting room 30 minutes in advance and attend the pre-shift meeting. No one shall be absent without reason, otherwise it will be regarded as absenteeism.

Article 5 When employees need to ask for leave, they should go through the formalities of asking for leave four hours in advance so that the workshop can arrange shift personnel, otherwise they will not be asked for leave. (except in special circumstances)
Article 6 Employees have the obligation and responsibility to cooperate with enterprises to complete the following tasks. Those who shirk or fail to perform their responsibilities and obligations without reason will be fined 100 yuan each time, and those who are serious will be suspended for inspection or dismissed.
(1) When the position is vacant, cooperate with the workshop to complete overtime work, and no one may refuse under an excuse;
(2) Participate in all kinds of training and study in the factory department;
(3) Participate in other work temporarily arranged by the factory department.
Article 7 Employees who ask for leave must go through the examination and approval procedures according to the procedures. The specific provisions are as follows:
(1) Leave for 3 days or less shall be signed by the monitor and approved by the deputy director in charge;
(2) Leave for more than 3 days and less than 7 days shall be signed by the monitor and approved by the director;
(3) Leave for more than 7 days shall be signed by the monitor, reviewed by the factory director and approved by the leaders in charge of the company;

Article 8 employees who have not taken overtime leave must explain the reasons to the factory department and go through the formalities of extending their leave, otherwise they will be regarded as absenteeism.
Article 9 When employees take work-related injury leave, marriage leave, funeral leave and maternity leave, if the conditions meet the requirements of leave, they can pay according to the basic salary standard; Absence pay for the same personal leave and sick leave is deducted according to the basic salary standard.
Tenth concentrator workers must obey the management of the team leader and the factory department, earnestly perform their duties and obey the workshop production instructions. Employees who disobey management shall be suspended for inspection immediately and fined 100 yuan at the same time. Article 16 Anyone who steals the company's property or colludes with outsiders to buy the company's materials, once verified, will be immediately transferred from the company and handed over to judicial organs for punishment according to law.
Article 17 It is forbidden to sleep during the on-the-job period, or you will be fined 10 yuan every time, and you will be given a serious warning and fined more than 50 yuan every month.
Eighteenth postal operators must strictly abide by the postal operation rules, one of the following acts, punishable by a fine of 50 to 1000 yuan:

Twenty-fifth all kinds of equipment operators and electromechanical personnel on duty must patrol and inspect the equipment, and it is forbidden to operate the equipment in spite of illness, otherwise 50 yuan will be fined.

Twenty-seventh teams must do a good job in workshop hygiene and regional hygiene as required, or they will punish monitor 50 yuan every time they find it.
Article 28 The operating equipment in the workshop must be lubricated on time, and grease should be added regularly. Otherwise, 50 yuan will be fined every time. If an accident occurs due to insufficient lubrication, other responsibilities will be investigated according to the Measures for Handling Equipment Accidents.

Thirtieth main equipment operators should always observe the current, voltage and temperature of the main components to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Article 31. Personnel at all posts in the concentrator who fail to report or conceal potential safety hazards due to their own mistakes, which may cause personal injury or equipment accidents, shall be expelled from the factory.
Article 32 If this system conflicts with the company's system, it shall be implemented according to the company's regulations.
