1. Go to the County People's Social Security Bureau to get X copies of the business transfer form of public institutions, or it may be the approval form for the transfer of public institutions and the approval form for the introduction of talents. Please consult the local staff.

2. Fill in the form and find the corresponding department seal.

3. After meeting and discussing, you can go through the file transfer formalities with the Business Transfer Letter to the personnel department of the competent department of the transfer-out unit, and then transfer the personnel file to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for file inquiry. If there is no problem, you can issue a "transfer notice" or a "business transfer letter" to the competent department of the transfer unit to handle the transfer of personnel relations and wage relations.

4. With the Notice of Transfer or Letter of Business Transfer, go to the competent department of the transferred unit to handle the transfer of personnel relations and wage relations, and the competent department of the transferred unit will issue a letter of introduction from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and a certificate of transfer of wage relations.

5. Submit the Letter of Introduction to the People's Social Security Bureau, and the competent department of the transferring unit shall submit the Letter of Introduction for the Transfer of Wage Relations to the People's Social Security Bureau. The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also transferred the personnel files to the competent department of the transfer-in unit, and the competent department of the transfer-in unit issued a letter of introduction for its affiliated institution (transfer-in unit).
