Can the bonus of a sales consultant (also called a pre-sales engineer) be higher than the basic salary?

There are two types of pre-sales consultants: one gets a fixed annual salary, part of which is paid at the end of the year based on the completion of support. The other model is a fixed salary plus supported sales commission. This depends on the contract signing amount of the projects you support!

If you are an expert, it is recommended to get a commission. If you are a novice, a fixed annual salary will be better!
