According to the requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of Staff Recruitment in Public Institutions in Beijing (No.2010102) and the Notice on Further Standardizing Open Recruitment in Public Institutions (No.247), we are now facing the needs of school development.
I. Recruitment positions
Recruitment positions are teacher positions, counselor positions and other professional and technical positions. See the attachment for details.
Second, the recruitment target
1. Fresh graduates:
(1) The fresh graduates in 2023 and unemployed graduates who have left school for two years are included in the national unified enrollment plan. The training method is not directional, and there is no labor (employment) relationship with any unit during the highest academic degree. They graduated on time and obtained corresponding degrees.
Non-Beijing graduates must meet the requirements of the Administrative Measures for the Introduction of Graduates in Beijing.
(2) Returned overseas students have obtained academic certification from the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education and have no labor relations with any unit. Returned non-Beijing students must meet the employment and settlement conditions stipulated by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
2. Non-fresh graduates:
Have obtained the required academic degree, have permanent residence in Beijing, and have personnel and administrative relations in Beijing.
3. Postdoctoral outbound personnel:
It should meet the requirements of the station establishment unit, obtain a postdoctoral certificate and go through exit formalities before the end of 2023, and non-Beijing postdoctoral personnel must meet the requirements of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee for handling permanent residence in Beijing.
Third, the basic conditions of recruitment
1. has the nationality of China people, loves the motherland, loves vocational education, adheres to the leadership of China * * * production party, and supports the socialist direction of running schools.
2. Be law-abiding, physically and mentally healthy, love my job, have good moral character, have good organization, communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and have no bad records.
3. Have the professional knowledge and skills required for the post, and have high cultural quality, good language expression ability and computer application ability.
4. Each position requires relevant professional background, and the education at each stage is a series of national education recognized or certified by the Ministry of Education.
5. The age must meet the requirements of the post, and the applicants should be no more than 35 years old, that is, 1988 1 was born on or after that day.
Among them, non-Jingshengyuan graduates are not over 30 years old, that is, they were born on or after 1993 1.
Four. Work details and application methods
(1) Please refer to the Open Recruitment Schedule of Beijing Finance and Trade Vocational College in 2023 (attachment) for the recruitment positions and professional requirements.
(2) Application methods and procedures
1. Applicants should log in to the open recruitment system () of Beijing Finance and Trade Vocational College as required to register and make resumes. Resume content should be perfect, in line with their own situation. After completing your resume, you should apply for the corresponding position, and each person is limited to one position. Overreporting is invalid.
Deadline for registration of counselor positions: March 7, 2023 16:00.
Deadline for registration of other posts: March 20, 2023 16:00.
2. The school conducts qualification review and resume screening for applicants.
Eligible candidates enter the follow-up procedure.
Step 3 evaluate candidates
The school set up an open recruitment working group to organize evaluation, which is divided into initial test, second test and post-test.
(1) The initial test is organized and implemented by each employer, and can be conducted in various ways, such as written test, interview and professional ability evaluation. , and set a trial period for teachers.
The specific form, time and place of the initial test of each post will be notified separately.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination (60 points or above) will be ranked according to the preliminary examination results, and will enter the re-examination according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the actual number of participants in the preliminary examination 1:6 (those who fail to reach the prescribed ratio are the actual finalists).
(2) The second interview is organized and implemented by the school in a unified way, and is conducted by interview.
Candidates with qualified re-examination results (60 points or above) shall be sorted according to the interview re-examination results, and the candidates for post trial shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of positions recruited to the number of people actually participating in the interview re-examination 1:2 (those who fail to reach the specified ratio shall be determined according to the actual number of finalists).
Those who enter the second interview must also participate in the psychological test organized by the school, and the test results are not included in the total score.
(3) Post probation shall be organized and implemented by each employer, and the time shall not exceed 1 week.
Each employing unit evaluates and scores the performance of the candidates for post trial.
4. Calculate the comprehensive scores and determine the candidates to be hired.
The school calculates the comprehensive scores according to the weights of initial test, second test and post-test scores of 30%, 40% and 30% respectively, and sorts them in turn to determine the candidates to be hired.
5. The candidates to be hired shall undergo physical examination according to the regulations of the school, and cooperate with the completion of file reading and political examination.
Those approved by the school shall be publicized.
Those who have no objection to publicity will be hired and go through the employment procedures.

If there is any waiver during the inspection, the school will make it up in turn according to the score.
If the applicant cannot sign the admission intention with our school at the specified time due to his own reasons, which will affect the employment procedures, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Standard for Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualifications in Beijing (Trial), and the expenses shall be borne by itself.
Those who fail the medical examination are disqualified.
(4) The number of non-Jingshengyuan fresh graduates is calculated according to the number of respondents from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(5) Open recruitment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control at higher levels, and the work arrangement will be adjusted in time according to the changes and requirements of epidemic prevention and control.
