2. Recruitment procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration
Registration time: June 6, 2012 Date - June 16, 2012.

Applicants must submit relevant certification materials, including nationally recognized academic certificates, degree certificates, ID cards, award certificates and 3 recent one-inch bareheaded photos.
Relevant supporting materials include: fresh graduates must submit their ID cards, graduate employment recommendation forms (including transcripts stamped by their departments), originals and copies (orientation and commissioned training fresh graduates will also be provided with orientation , the training unit agrees to apply (certificate of application), the original and photocopy of the graduate degree certificate and degree certificate; in-service personnel who apply for the job must submit the original and photocopy of their ID card, household registration booklet, academic degree certificate and a letter of introduction from their unit that agrees to apply.
2. Qualification review
Based on job requirements and subject development needs, the center will review the qualifications of registered applicants, determine those who will participate in the written test or interview, and notify them in a timely manner via telephone. After the registration is completed, for positions where the number of applicants for junior positions does not reach the specified proportion, the recruitment plan for recruiting one person will be cancelled, and for recruiting two or more people, the plan will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion.
The qualification review of candidates runs through the entire recruitment process. During the recruitment process, if an applicant is found to be unqualified or has committed fraud, the applicant will be disqualified.
(2) Examination
1. The job recruitment examination consists of a written test and an interview.
Written test: Candidates who pass the qualification review will take the written test. The content of the written test is basic knowledge of relevant majors.
Interviews will be conducted at a ratio of 1:3 based on written test scores, and the interview time will be notified later.
(3) Public announcement
The center will select the candidates to be hired based on the results of examinations, assessments and physical examinations, which will be conducted on the website of the Shandong Provincial Continuing Education Development Service Center (www.sdjxjy.cn) The publicity period is 7 working days.
(4) Signing of employment contracts and benefits
If the personnel to be hired have no objections after being announced, the center will put forward employment opinions and report them to the provincial competent department for record. After approval, the employment will be signed in accordance with regulations. contract and implement the probation period system. For qualified personnel after the probationary period, the center will officially employ them; for those who are unqualified after the probationary period, the center will terminate the employment contract.
The probation period is 3 months. After the probation period, insurance will be paid to the officially employed center. The salary standard shall be job salary + job subsidy + performance subsidy + bonus.
