Construction of Panjin Shugang Railway

Since Panjin Port Bureau accepted the task of dredging port railway construction, it has set up the preliminary work office of dredging port railway to carry out technical consultation and evaluation, environmental assessment, land pre-examination and other coordination work of dredging port railway project. Coordinate Shenyang Railway Bureau, Yingkou Port Group and Panjin Construction Investment Co., Ltd. to sign a framework agreement for joint venture construction of Panjin Shugang Railway, complete the reply of the Ministry of Railways and the provincial government to Panjin Shugang Railway project proposal, coordinate all investors to set up a leading group for the preparation of Panjin Shugang Railway, and formally carry out the preparatory work before the establishment of the joint venture company. Municipal Port Bureau actively strives for funds and introduces foreign capital. Through hard work, the investment ratio of the Ministry of Railways increased from 35% to 45%, and that of Yingkou Port Group increased from 10% to 20%, an increase of 400 million yuan.

Panjin Shugang Railway is a key project concerned by the provincial party committee and government, with short construction period, high standard requirements and heavy relocation task. The whole line uses earthwork of 4 1.5 million cubic meters, bridges and culverts 1 seat, 34 large and medium-sized bridges, and the total number of bridges and culverts 1.7 km. In the railway construction of the whole province, the goal of the last start and the first start has been achieved. Because of its fast construction speed and good quality, the railway has been designated as a model of joint venture railway construction by the Ministry of Railways.
