Organizational structure of BOC International

According to the principle of modern corporate governance, BOC International Securities has established a board of directors and three professional members.

An organizational structure under the leadership of the decision-making Committee and directly managed by the executive Committee.

The board of directors is the highest decision-making body of the company, which consists of three professional committees: risk management, audit and human compensation. The Executive Committee is composed of senior management personnel of the company, and exercises management functions through the Operation Committee. At the same time, drawing lessons from the mode of international investment banks and combining with the experience of BOC International, the functional departments of the company are divided into three lines according to the different business and management support functions, which significantly improves the professional level and work efficiency.
