The interview process for the teacher recruitment examination is as follows:

(1) Determine the interview target

The interview is conducted after the written test, and only those who pass the written test can enter the interview. Based on the total score of the written test from high to low, candidates for interview are generally determined in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:5 to the number of candidates to be recruited. If the actual number of people participating in the interview does not meet the specified proportion, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number or the number of recruitment will be reduced accordingly.

(2) Interview registration and lottery

Candidates generally need to arrive at the designated location 20 minutes in advance to report, and the examination staff must check the candidates' identity documents, interview notice and other relevant documents. Afterwards, the staff will organize interviews with candidates and draw lots to determine the order of the interview and the content of the exam (lecture topics or trial lecture topics).

(3) Waiting for the exam

(4) Lesson preparation

When preparing on-site, the designated teaching materials have generally been prepared in advance by the exam organizer (pay attention to the announcement, candidates may also be required to bring their own teaching materials). You are not allowed to bring any relevant materials into the examination room. Candidates write lecture notes or trial lecture notes based on designated teaching materials and topics selected in advance. The preparation time is generally about 30 minutes.

(5) Trial lecture or lecture

According to the sequence, when it is the turn of a certain candidate to enter the examination room, the instructor will go to the waiting room and announce: "Candidate No. ×× please enter." . Candidates accompany the conductor to the door of the examination room. Generally, the door of the examination room is open and candidates can enter directly without knocking. (6) Defense session

During the defense, there are two forms: "sitting and answering" and "standing and answering" according to different on-site conditions. (7) Calculating scores

(8) Announcement of results

There are two situations for announcing results: one is to point out that after the interview is over, the staff will calculate the scores and announce the interview results on the spot.
