The Origin and History of Xiang Si Town in Nanning

1. Xiang Si Town in Nanning is planned and constructed by Nanning Municipal Government relying on Nanning Xiangsihu Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned company. It is a supporting management project of Xiangsihu Park. Like the "Folk Song Lake Bar Street" in the east, it is a part of the construction of "China Water City" in Nanning.

2. At present, this project is a "Xiangsihu Ethnic Culture Street" project with an investment of 200 million yuan, which was undertaken by Guangxi Urban Construction Group Corporation. Construction started in August of 20 12 and was completed by the end of 20 13.
