I. Adjustment of Responsibilities of Daqing Transportation Bureau

(a) the responsibilities of the former Municipal Transportation Bureau were assigned to the Municipal Transportation Bureau as a whole.

(two) to cancel the administrative examination and approval items that have been announced by the municipal government.

(3) Cancel the management responsibilities of six transportation fees, including road maintenance fees, waterway maintenance fees, road transportation management fees, road passenger and freight surcharges, waterway transportation management fees and waterway passenger and freight surcharges.

(four) to increase the responsibility of external communication and coordination of railway transportation within the jurisdiction.

(5) Increase the external supervision responsibility of Daqing Saertu Airport management.

(six) to strengthen the planning and coordination responsibilities of the comprehensive transportation system, optimize the transportation layout, promote the convergence of various modes of transportation, and accelerate the formation of a convenient, smooth, efficient and safe comprehensive transportation system.
