It is reported that in 217, nearly 8, college graduates from 1,876 colleges and universities signed up for the "Western Plan". Among the registered students, the number of students with bachelor degree or above reached 56,952, accounting for 71.9% of the total number of applicants. After written examination, interview, physical examination and other procedures, 18,3 volunteers will be sent to their posts before the end of August to carry out volunteer service after participating in centralized training in various provinces.
