The purpose of this adjustment is to better adapt to the actual situation of rural power grid construction, enable agricultural electricians to cooperate with regular employees, and achieve a win-win situation between rural power grid construction and rural economic development, around 1999. The country has carried out the reform of the power system, unified management of rural electricians, electric power management station electricians and power supply station electricians as "agricultural electricians", and signed labor contracts with county electric power companies.
