1 Scope This standard specifies the procurement, transportation, storage, use, line cleaning and destruction of civil explosives in geophysical exploration. This standard is applicable to geophysical prospecting units subordinate to China Petroleum Group Oriental Geophysical Prospecting Co., Ltd. Among them, blasting engineering and technical personnel, safety officers, storekeepers and blasting operators should obtain the qualification certificates issued by the public security organs, the escorts and drivers of explosives transport vehicles should obtain the qualification certificates of dangerous goods transport issued by the local transportation authorities, and the drivers of explosives transport vehicles should also hold driver's licenses and company driving licenses. 4.4 Explosive personnel (including porters and stevedores) who come into contact with and use civil explosives should wear anti-static protective articles. 4.5 Carry out the provisions on creating posts and assigning responsibilities for blasting operation, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. It is forbidden to install wireless communication equipment on drilling ships and ships making explosives, and it is forbidden to make a fire and cook. 4. 14 is not suitable for night operation. If it is really necessary to work at night, perfect safety precautions should be taken, and relevant examination and approval procedures should be handled in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Night Work, but shooting at night is not allowed when working in waters. 4. 15 When this standard is not involved, the geophysical team shall formulate supplementary provisions for civil explosives according to the actual situation in the work area. 4. 16 Geophysical Exploration Team should make emergency plans for the main risks in the use of civil explosives. 4. 17 The archives of the civil explosives warehouse of the geophysical exploration team, the storage code list of civil explosives, the handover report, the relevant examination and approval procedures, the destruction records, and the disposal data of the remaining civil explosives shall be submitted to the safety management department of the unit in time and kept for three years. 5. Purchasing 5. 1 The company's material supply department is responsible for signing contracts for the purchase and sale of civil explosives with civil explosives production enterprises approved by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and recognized by the company, and is responsible for the product quality. 5.2 The material supply department shall provide corresponding legal procedures for users of explosives. 5.3 Purchase detonators and seismic explosive columns that have been coded one by one, and prohibit purchasing those that do not meet the standards. 6.
