Does Nanchang Institute of Technology belong to the enrollment scope of State Grid?

Nanchang Institute of Technology was later a private blue sky college. Why would State Grid Corporation go to such a school to recruit? All institutions that have entered the recruitment plan of national large enterprises and large groups (100, therefore) are either 2 1 1, 985, or institutions with industry characteristics directly under the former Ministry. It is unlikely that such private colleges and universities will enter the recruitment plans of large national enterprises and groups.
