6. Qualifications within the scope of provincial examination and approval. After the qualification is approved, the enterprise shall go through the registration formalities of the construction engineer at the Engineering Department of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and then receive the qualification certificate after receiving the certificate of registered construction engineer;

7. After the qualification publicity within the scope of municipal examination and approval is completed, it will pass the examination and approval without objection and be reported to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for the record; After the qualification is approved, the enterprise shall go through the registration formalities of the construction engineer at the Engineering Department of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and then receive the qualification certificate after receiving the certificate of registered construction engineer.
