Main responsibilities of Yantai Maritime Safety Administration

People's Republic of China (PRC) Yantai Maritime Bureau is the competent authority of the Ministry of Communications in Yantai, responsible for maritime traffic safety and preventing ships from polluting waters. Exercise the administrative law enforcement power entrusted by the Maritime Traffic Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Inspection of Ships and Offshore Facilities, and conduct unified supervision over the coastal waters of Yantai.
