The fresh graduates refer to the 20021graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and ordinary higher vocational and technical colleges who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding entrusted students and oriented students) and can obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates as scheduled upon graduation, as well as graduates who have not been employed for the first time in 2020. Must meet one of the following conditions: (1) graduate student; (2) Undergraduate graduates who rank in the top 50% of the comprehensive scores of ordinary colleges and universities; (3) Graduates from Zhejiang Normal University, Hangzhou Normal University, Zhejiang International Studies University and Zhejiang Conservatory of Music who meet the requirements for studying in Hangzhou; (4) Hangzhou Shengyuan graduates; (5) Undergraduate graduates majoring in preschool education in ordinary colleges and universities; (6) Undergraduate graduates majoring in special education in ordinary universities. In addition, those who have obtained degrees outside China and completed the academic degree certification of the Ministry of Education from February 26, 20 18 to February 25, 2020, who have registered in Hangzhou or have a master's degree or above, can apply as fresh graduates.

3. Social personnel refer to those with permanent residence in Hangzhou, bachelor degree or above, or graduate degree or above.
