I. Application conditions

5. Meet the academic qualifications, majors and qualifications required by the recruitment position.
Directional and entrusted training graduates must obtain the consent of the directional and entrusted training units before they can apply for the exam. Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, active servicemen, and those who are prohibited by law from applying for the exam are not allowed to apply for the exam. Candidates can't apply for positions where they should avoid kinship.
Second, the registration method
(1) Registration time: July 17 to July 18.
8: 30 am-11:30 am, and14: 30 pm-17: 30 pm.
(2) Registration place: Rizhao talent market.
(3) Registration requirements: At the time of registration, applicants should register with graduation certificate, ID card, household registration certificate and letter of introduction from work unit. Upon examination, those who meet the requirements for registration shall fill in the Registration Form for Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Directly under Rizhao City, and submit 3 recent bareheaded photos with the same background. The registration examination fee is 40 yuan per subject per person. If the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the planned recruitment, the employment plan will be reduced accordingly.
Third, the content, time and place of the exam
The exam includes a written test and an interview.
(1) Written examination
The written test content of general recruitment positions is the basic knowledge of public affairs, which mainly includes basic knowledge and comprehensive writing such as national laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current affairs and political policies, public affairs management, scientific and technological knowledge, etc.
Written test time: July 27th, 2007, 8: 30 am-11:00 am.
After the written test, according to the test scores of candidates, the number of people entering the interview will be determined according to the proportion of three times the number of planned recruits from high score to low score. According to the spirit of "Notice on Relevant Policies for College Students with" Three Supports and One Support "in Shandong Province after the expiration of service" (Lu Renfa [2008] No.29), the written test scores were improved by 5 points.
The written test results and the list of people who entered the interview were posted.
(2) Interview
The interview mainly evaluates the basic qualities and professional abilities necessary for candidates to engage in professional work. The interview is graded on a scale of 100. The interview results are judged by the examiner on the spot and announced on the spot.
The interview time and place will be announced separately. The interview fee is charged according to the regulations.
After the interview, according to the ratio of 50% of written test and 50% of interview results, the total score of applicants is calculated by percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places.
Fourth, evaluation
According to the total score of the exam, the number of people hired according to the plan will be assessed from high score to low score. Those who fail the examination will be replenished in turn.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination
The physical examination is organized by the employing department, and the physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the relevant provisions on the employment of civil servants.
Sixth, employment.
After examination and physical examination, the personnel to be hired will be publicized for 7 days, and the employing department will put forward employment opinions and report to the municipal organization and personnel department for approval. The approved personnel shall be handled by the municipal organization and personnel department in accordance with the regulations.
