Third, treatment.

(1) College student village cadres are "special post personnel of village-level organizations", not civil servants. (2) The appointment of the employed personnel shall be handled by the local township party committees and governments in accordance with the Regulations on the Work of Rural Grassroots Organizations of the Chinese Production Party, the Organic Law of Villagers' Committees and other relevant provisions and laws. The public security department of the county (city) district in the place of employment may issue the "Household Registration Certificate" with the "Employment Contract" and the resident ID card.

(4) The monthly living allowance for the employed personnel is: undergraduate 1.200 yuan, and graduate student, 2000 yuan, and they will participate in endowment insurance, medical insurance, serious illness rescue insurance, work injury insurance and accidental injury insurance according to the personnel standards of local township institutions. The annual assessment for excellent grades, the county (city) district one-time reward 500 yuan. To renew the contract, generally from the fourth year, each person will increase the living expenses of 50 yuan every month.

(5) Those who have served for three years and have been continuously assessed as competent or above, and meet the requirements of the national student loan compensation policy, the principal and interest of the national student loan during their study in colleges and universities shall be fully compensated by the state. Those who have been continuously rated as competent or above during their term of office will enjoy preferential policies such as extra points and relaxation of age when taking public examinations and entering higher schools.
