Chen Yongping: Male, born in China, 1962, Master of Laws, China University of Political Science and Law. From June to 20 13, 2002, he was the senior partner of Beijing Hongfan Zhuguang Law Firm, from 20 13 to 20 15, and from 20 15, he was the senior partner of Beijing Tianchi Juntai Law Firm.
