Interview of institutions in Bishan District of Chongqing in the second quarter of 2023

1. Interview ratio.

The interview rate is 3: 1. If the competition ratio of the follow-up links has not reached the predetermined ratio after the supplement, the interview can be conducted according to the minimum competition ratio of 2: 1; If the competition ratio is lower than 2: 1, the number of recruitment places will be reduced accordingly. If the number of recruitment places cannot be reduced, the post recruitment will be cancelled. Among them, the recruitment of personnel in urgent need of medical posts by public institutions can further reduce the examination proportion after being approved by the comprehensive personnel management department of Bishan District of Chongqing and reported to the comprehensive personnel management department of municipal institutions for the record.

2. Time and place of interview.

Please refer to the interview notice for the specific time and place of the interview. If the time is adjusted, it will be notified separately. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the relevant announcements published in the column of Public Information Network-Publicity-Recruitment of Bishan District People's Government in Chongqing.

Candidates who fail to attend the interview at the designated place at the specified time will be disqualified.

3. Interview organization and implementation.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive consideration ability in language expression, comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, team consciousness and professional accomplishment. The interview time is not less than 10 minute, and the score is 100 minute.

The interview shall be organized with reference to the Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing (No.2016] 281). If you fail to attend the interview at the designated place according to the specified time, you will be disqualified from this interview. The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates. Candidates who have not formed effective competition (the ratio of actual reference number to the number of recruitment positions has not reached 2: 1) and the interview score of any subject has not reached 70 points shall not be determined as candidates for physical examination.

On the day of the interview, if some people who were originally determined to enter the interview voluntarily give up, resulting in a competition ratio of less than 2: 1, the proportion of opening the exam can be relaxed. Interviewers who relax the proportion of opening exams can only enter the follow-up link if their interview scores in all subjects are not less than 70 points.

4. Calculation of total test scores.

Total score = (professional aptitude test+comprehensive application ability) 350%+ comprehensive interview 50%.

The total score is calculated as a percentage, rounded to two decimal places.
