After consultation, I asked the People's Insurance Company of Changzhou to receive the reply, and asked the People's Insurance Company of Changzhou to note the certificate of "Changzhou unilateral accident traffic police did not go to the police" on the reply information, and said that it was best to provide the alarm record certificate at that time in the traffic police force.
