Chengde Medical College was founded in September 2005, 1945, formerly known as Jidong Military Region Health School, with Liu as the first president. 1September, 947, merged with Jicha Reliao Military Medical School to form Jicha Reliao Medical College; 1948 1 changed its name to the fourth branch of China medical university, with medical educator Ma Xu as the director of education; 1949 In March, the school moved to Chengde, the former capital of Jehol, and was renamed as Jehol Medical College in May. 1956 the organizational system of Jehol province was abolished, and the school was placed under the leadership of Hebei provincial government. 1958 changed its name to Chengde Medical College. 1982 1 1 Approved by the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college and named Chengde Medical College.
