According to the demand for talents in the economic and social development of our city, it is decided through research that the relevant matters of the 20 14 municipal institutions talent reserve examination are announced as follows:
I. Reserve Plan
In 20 14 years, the institutions directly under Bayannaoer planned to reserve 100 college graduates, and the way of public registration and unified examination was adopted according to the post specialty (subject to the diploma specialty). For details of the recruitment positions, please refer to the talent reserve recruitment plan of Bayannaoer municipal institutions in 20 14 (attached table 1).
Second, the registration conditions
(1) An applicant shall meet the following basic conditions:
1, with Bayannaoer household registration;
2. Bachelor degree or above and bachelor degree or above (children, primary school teachers and nursing posts are relaxed to junior college degree);

Six kinds of grass-roots service projects refer to: sending college graduates to work in Gacha village, the "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates, the volunteer service plan for college graduates in the western region, the volunteer service plan for college graduates' livelihood work in the community, the special post plan for school teachers in the compulsory education stage in rural pastoral areas, and the plan for selecting college graduates by small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public enterprises. Retired soldiers of college students refer to those who enlisted in the army after graduation from full-time colleges and universities and retired before the registration began.
Third, the examination principles
The talent reserve examination of municipal institutions adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and adopts a combination of written examination and interview.
Fourth, the implementation procedures
(1) Registration and qualification examination
Registration by the human resources and social departments to examine the qualifications of applicants. There must be competition to retain the same post, and the ratio of qualified applicants to the number to be retained is generally not less than 5: 1. If the ratio cannot be reached, the reserve plan of the post shall be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
(2) Written examination of public subjects
The written examination of public * * * subjects is organized and implemented by the human and social departments, and the proposition papers are unified, and the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. Those who tied for the last place all entered the interview. Mongolian, Daur, Oroqen, Ewenki written test scores plus 2.5 points.
The written test provides papers in both Mongolian and Chinese. Candidates who apply for Mongolian (Mongolian-Chinese bilingual) teaching positions must use Mongolian test papers and answer in Mongolian in the written test. If the same test paper is answered in two or more languages, it will be treated as zero. If you don't answer according to the prescribed text, you will be treated as zero.
(3) Interview (professional knowledge test)
The interview is organized and implemented by the competent department and supervised by the human and social departments. The interview content is mainly based on professional knowledge, professional skills and personal comprehensive quality examination. Those who enter the interview should go to the Human Resources Department for qualification examination within the specified time before the interview. If the qualification examination is not done on time due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as giving up the interview and making up the same amount according to the written test results. Where the actual number of people participating in the interview is equal to or less than the number of people in the recruitment plan of the post, the interview scores of the candidates for the post must reach the average scores of all interviewers in the examination room (the same test question and the same examiner group) where I interviewed on the same day. If the average score cannot be calculated, it must reach the minimum control score line specified by the employer.
(4) publicity
According to 50% of the written test scores of public subjects and 50% of the interview scores, the personnel to be retained are determined from high score to low score. The personnel to be reserved shall be publicized on Bayannaoer municipal government network and Bayannaoer municipal human resources and social security network, and those who resort to fraud shall be disqualified from reserve.

After the expiration of the publicity period, a physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the national civil service physical examination standards, and those who pass the physical examination shall go to the employer for reserve exercise.
