Electronic factory resident QC

In-plant QC refers to the Toyota-style management method, which blocks the defective products to the suppliers. Resident QC should be familiar with ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4 sampling scheme and IQC inspection standard; In addition, the resident QC should also control the whole QC process of suppliers (supervise IPQC, collect reports and put forward improvement countermeasures). Resident QC is also the representative of PMC department in factories and suppliers, and will report daily production progress to factory procurement when necessary.

In-factory QC should be loyal to the factory for a long time with suppliers, especially to withstand the temptation of suppliers.
