Why does Inner Mongolia University of Technology not enroll students in cloud computing?

It is impossible to run a major by relying on novelty and innovation to win the attention of candidates. There is no essential difference in professional content between cloud computing and computer science and technology majors. How can we set up a separate major? To put it simply, one major is not approved, which essentially exposes Inner Mongolia University of Technology’s lack of seriousness in major setting and has also become a laughing stock of other universities.
