For non-academic education with a duration of less than one year, the fees charged will be calculated and refunded based on the actual study time.

Article 37 Policies for subsidizing poor students: In order to ensure the normal study of students from particularly poor families in school, the college adopts the following funding measures: 1. A full or partial tuition exemption system for extremely poor students will be implemented. 2. Establish work-study positions. 3. Implement a scholarship system and provide key rewards to students from poor families and who study hard.

Article 38 The policy for junior college promotion to junior college shall be implemented in accordance with the documents of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education of that year.

Article 39 In accordance with the requirements of the teaching plan, those who complete all courses and pass the grades will be issued a nationally recognized undergraduate (junior college) academic certificate from Shandong Union College. Our college will comply with relevant national regulations. After obtaining the bachelor's degree awarding qualification, those who meet the bachelor's degree awarding conditions will be issued a bachelor's degree certificate from Shandong Union College.

Article 41 The school does not entrust any institution or individual to handle enrollment-related matters. The school reserves the right to pursue responsibilities in accordance with the law against institutions or individuals that conduct illegal enrollment promotion and other activities in the name of Shandong Union College.

Article 42 If there is any inconsistency between this charter and the relevant policies of the superior, the relevant policies of the state and the superior shall prevail.

Matters not covered will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations of superiors.

Article 43 Shandong Union College is responsible for the interpretation of this charter.
