At the same time, according to the plan released by Honeycomb Power at the offline ceremony, in the next three years, they will also launch 23 engine products based on 4 fuel forms and 6 major product platforms, including one A dedicated hybrid engine with a thermal efficiency of 45%+.

Achieve transformation from 0 to 10 million in 21 years

Since the establishment of the first engine factory in Dingxing in 2000, Great Wall Motors has gone through 21 years of independent research and development and production of engines. Year. According to reports, its maximum power is 135kW and its maximum torque is 275N·m. , with a minimum fuel consumption rate of 218.2g/kWh, it integrates many cutting-edge technologies in the engine field such as continuously variable valve lift, VGT supercharger, thermal management module, 350bar mid-mounted direct injection, and cylinder head integrated exhaust manifold.

In addition, at this conference, Honeycomb Power also displayed the 1.5L naturally aspirated gasoline engine 4G15H specially designed and developed for hybrid models. It also integrates many advanced technologies such as electronic water pump, low-pressure EGR, high-efficiency ignition, 4.5bar multi-point fuel injection, 13:1 compression ratio and Atkinson cycle.

According to reports, in the future, in addition to being installed on Great Wall's Haval, WEY and other brands, these engines will also expand to more external customers.

In the next three years, 23 engines on 6 major platforms will be launched

In terms of hybridization, by 2023, Honeycomb Power will launch the first hybrid-specific engine with a thermal efficiency of 45%+, with maximum power and torque reaching 110kW and 240N·m respectively.

As for diesel engines, Honeycomb Power will also gradually launch 2.4L first generation, 2.4L second generation, and 2.0L fourth generation. In 2023, a 2.4L light truck version with diesel power will be launched to ensure that the product is fully compatible with conventional and hybrid vehicles.
