The renovation project of Dazu Tang Xiang Street was built in 1995, covering an area of 25 mu, with a construction area of over 50,000 square meters, including commercial area of 15000 square meters and residential area of 35,000 square meters. This is the first commercial project developed by our company. Due to the development projects that followed at that time, we only reserved more than 2,000 square meters of commercial area, and the rest were all sold out.

Bishan Hao Ming Business District

Bishan Hao Ming Business District was established in 1996. The project covers an area of 37 mu, with a building area of over 53,000 square meters, including 28,000 square meters of commercial area and 25,000 square meters of residential area. At that time, the project was located at the bridgehead of Dadongmen in Bishan County, belonging to the edge of the old town of Bishan. Through our scientific planning, the hills in this area have been developed into flat residential roads. In the early stage of development, our company built and operated large supermarkets, hot pot city, seafood city, shopping plaza, leisure center and other properties, which was the first pedestrian commercial community in Bishan County at that time. By 2000, it has become the most prosperous business district in Bishan, and it is a veritable "Jie Fangbei" in Bishan.

Yongchuan Hao Ming Business District

Yongchuan Hao Ming Business District was built in 1998, covering an area of 3 1 mu. Located in the former administrative office of Yongchuan area, adjacent to Yongchuan Gymnasium and Chongqing Second People's Hospital, it has a superior geographical position. In the process of development, our company hired a well-known design team in Shenzhen to plan and design, and built it into a European-style project community. During the development, our company built a large self-operated shopping center with an area of more than10.5 million square meters, which was called a modern "shopping mall" by Chongqing media at that time, and ventured to the countryside. It was the most modern and top-grade commercial center in Chongqing's secondary market at that time. At the same time, we built the first food street in Yongchuan at that time, and built a self-operated five-star luxury international hotel with an area of over 40,000 square meters. We also introduced Gome through investment promotion. Thus, Chongbai Supermarket and Suning Appliance were attracted to open in the vicinity, and the Hao Ming business circle was built into the core and most prosperous business circle in Yongchuan District, which was a veritable "Jie Fangbei" in Yongchuan.

Liangping Hao Ming Business District

Liangping Hao Ming Business District is the largest old city reconstruction project in Chongqing developed and constructed by our company at that time, and it is also the second largest development project in Chongqing at present. The business district is located in the traditional commercial core of Liangping, covering an area of 203 mu, with a total construction area of over 300,000 square meters and a total investment of 350 million yuan.

The whole project of Liangping Hao Ming Business District was completed and put into use at the end of 2005. The main buildings include Shi Ming Haoyuan Residential Quarter, self-operated four-star Hao Ming International Hotel, Haoming Central Business District, Liangshan Kindergarten, People's Square and Hao Ming Farmers' Market. The architecture of the whole business district is patchwork, which fully embodies the modern style.

Liangping Hao Ming International Hotel was built by our company with an investment of 75 million yuan, with a floor height of *** 17 and a building area of 18 198 square meters. Located in the commercial core of liangping county, it is the most upscale hotel in liangping county at present, and also the reception hotel designated by the liangping county county government.

Liangping People's Square has a total construction area of 20,000 square meters.
