Speaking of the cooperation of the project team, I think we are doing very badly at present. In the process of task execution, the current project team is just like China competing with each other during the Three Kingdoms period in ancient times. Every day we are very busy, but we are all busy with our own space, and there is too little time for communication and cooperation with each other. The realization of a functional module is not to seek business fit to the limit, but to scribble on one's own head, make one's own wheels, and impose one's consciousness on customers at all times.

In the past coding time, I always found that many colleagues had a problem, and the modules they made were related to the existence of others. At this time, they need simple communication and cooperation. But many people don't communicate, but download other people's code directly and then submit it with their own needs. In terms of execution, I think the main reason is that we need too few norms and few standards to rely on. I'd like to ask: our development specification, the daily code of conduct of the project team, system technology selection scheme, technical design evaluation standard, stress test evaluation scope, code inspection plan, code verification standard, business process description and project risk prediction report. For example, where are similar standards? At present, I haven't seen any shaped documents except a general development specification.

We chose s2, spring, ibatis, dojo and other technical frameworks, but why did we choose these instead of s 1, hibernate, ext and so on? I still remember clearly how we chose them. This is very hasty and simple. As soon as we struck the table, ok chose them, but why?
