Why did Cenxi-Pingnan secondary highway stop working?

We agree in principle with the Report on Exploration of Cultural Relics and Monuments within the Construction Land of Liuzhou-Pingnan-Cenxi Highway (Pingnan-Cenxi North Section) compiled by Guangxi Institute of Cultural Relics Protection and Archaeology. The construction unit may carry out relevant construction work in the area where archaeological exploration is completed. The reason for the suspension of the second-class road from Cenxi to Pingnan is that archaeological exploration has been carried out within the scope of construction land. Cenxi is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and is managed by Wuzhou City. Located in the southeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, at the junction of Guangdong and Guangxi, it is one of the joint points of Guangdong and Guangxi exchanges and the Pearl River Delta economic circle and the southwest.
