In terms of talent team construction, we organized the recruitment of fresh graduates, and admitted 47 people, including 4 doctors/kloc-0 and 33 masters. There are 7 managers and 40 researchers; Has contacted the United States, Britain, the Netherlands and other famous foreign high-level talents and scientific research backbones for academic exchanges and negotiations; Four people were organized to apply for the "Suzhou High-level Talents Funding Project". In addition, the infrastructure of the medical institute is progressing in an orderly manner, and the preliminary planning scheme has passed the certification.

The Medical Institute will actively build a talent team, introduce 1-3 academic leaders and 5- 10 project leaders, and recruit 80 graduate students, and form a scale of 130 by the end of this year. At the same time, strive to cultivate and expand industries, actively seize market share, and strive to form Suzhou's core industries and leading industries.
