With the development of 1 1 year, three national bases, namely, Shanghai Biomedical Science and Technology Industrial Base, National Information Technology Industrial Base and National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Base, have begun to take shape. At present, the biomedical base has formed an industrial cluster consisting of more than 40 first-class pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad, a research and development cluster represented by "No.17 Center" and an innovation cluster represented by1more than 20 small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises. The information industry base is dominated by the development of integrated circuits and software industries, and promotes the simultaneous development of computer, communication, optoelectronics and information security industries. With SMIC, Li Hong, Belling and other wafer manufacturing projects settled in the park, up to now, Zhangjiang has gathered 64 chip design companies, 3 silicon wafer manufacturing companies, 13 photomask and packaging testing companies, 8 R&D educational institutions and more than 40 supporting and equipment supply companies, initially forming an integrated circuit industry chain. After several years of efforts, Pudong Software Park has become a "national software industry base". A large number of well-known software enterprises such as Bi Bo Global Software Development Center, YNOPSYS, CITIBANK Asia-Pacific R&D Center, Sony (China) Shanghai Software R&D Center, Kyocera Company and Indian TCS Company have settled in the park. There are also China UnionPay R&D Center and Data Processing Center from China, and China UnionPay Power Grid Information Company.
