(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

(2) Examination methods and procedures

All those who have passed the qualification examination will take the written test, which will start at 2:00 pm on March 1 1 2023 (if it is postponed due to epidemic situation and other reasons, a notice of postponement will be posted on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security and Jiangsu Food and Drug Vocational and Technical College).

The written test focuses on the applicant's student management knowledge, business ability and work skills, and does not specify reference materials. The qualified line is 60 points (full score 100).

Among those who pass the written test, according to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position 1: 3, and those who are less than this ratio are determined according to the actual number.

If the written test results are tied, resulting in the number of people participating in the interview exceeding the ratio of 1:3, all will enter the interview assessment.

The interview is conducted according to the method formulated by the school itself, which mainly tests the theoretical level, professional ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the job responsibilities.

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.

The list of persons to be employed will be published on Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network and Jiangsu Food and Drug Vocational and Technical College for 7 working days.

The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to make a one-time replacement.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

In any of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification:

1. The person who has no work unit fails to sign the employment contract with the school within 15 working days after being notified by the school to sign the employment contract;

2. The fresh graduates cannot obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before the time specified in this announcement or fail to sign the employment agreement with the school within 15 working days after the announcement;
