Is there any interesting place in Zaoyang?

1, Tangzishan Scenic Area, located at 22km north of Zaoyang, 5km north of Taiping Town and 4km square of Fiona Fang. There are Tangzi Pavilion in Tangzi Mountain, the ancestral hall, Notre Dame Hall and Infinite Hall on the top of the mountain, Lingguan Hall, Ganluan Hall and Niangniang Hall on the mountainside, the legendary Liu Xiuju General Platform and Golden Pavilion, and natural attractions such as Woniu Stone, Holy Drinking Spring, Xianchi and one-way street in the mountain.

2. Zaoyang Baishui Temple Scenic Area is the memorial site of Liu Xiu, the founding emperor of the Eastern Han Dynasty, one of the "Top Ten Kings" in China history. Zhang Heng, a famous scientist in the Eastern Han Dynasty, praised it as the land of "a dragonfly" and the birthplace of "martial arts". The scenic spot is only 2km away from Zaoyang exit of Han Shi Expressway, which is an important cultural landscape on the boutique route of eco-cultural tourism circle in western Hubei.

3. Baizhuyuan Temple, located in the northeast of Zaoyang City, 45 kilometers away from Zaoyang City, is located in the channel of Hubei and Henan provinces. The existing scenic spots such as Zhuyuan Zen Forest Scenic Area, Niuxin Temple Holiday and Leisure Area and Forest Bathing Area cover a total area of 43,900 mu. There are more than 30 scenic spots in the park, including Baizhuyuan Temple, Butterfly Stone, Tallinn, Huaiyin Savior Tree, Yuhuangding, Observation Platform, Guanyin Cave, Wuzhishi, Shilin and Baoan Village, two reservoirs and eight grand canyons.

Baishui Temple is located at the top of Lion Mountain. White Reservoir in the east, Baiyun Mountain and Xianglong Mountain in the southwest, and Gunhe River in the north. The east-west length is about 140m, and the north-south width is about 95m. The building area of the temple is 13300m2. The temple gate faces south and is divided into three courtyards: East, West and Middle. As soon as the west courtyard enters the two houses, the front yard is a poetry gallery and the backyard is a quadrangle.

5. He Xiong Reservoir is located 3 kilometers south of Xiongji Town, Zaoyang City, Hubei Province. Xiangyang also uses the landscape of He Xiong Reservoir to build Hexiong Scenic Area. The scenic spot has been successively rated as a national 3A-level tourist area, a provincial-level scenic spot, a provincial-level wetland park and one of the top ten scenic spots in Xiangyang.
