What is the purpose and significance of building a miniature fire station?

In order to actively guide and standardize the construction of volunteer fire fighting teams in key units of fire safety (hereinafter referred to as "key units"), promote the implementation of the main responsibilities of the units, strive to improve the ability of self-examination, self-correction, self-prevention and self-rescue, and build miniature fire stations in key units with personnel, equipment and combat effectiveness, so as to achieve the purpose of effectively handling initial fires.

In addition to the key units that need to establish full-time fire brigade according to fire laws and regulations, other key units with fire control rooms aim at fighting the initial fire, putting out small fires and "arriving in three minutes", relying on the volunteer fire brigade of the unit, equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment, set up miniature fire stations for key units, and actively carry out fire prevention and control work such as initial fire inspection and fire extinguishing. Key units sharing the fire control room can jointly establish micro fire stations.
