Management positions include other management positions in public institutions other than the positions of unit leaders.

General professional and technical positions, including legal, computer, and economic positions in public institutions with job levels of level eight and below, as well as professional and technical positions that do not have special requirements for majors (excluding teaching positions) . Economic professional and technical positions include accounting, auditing, statistics and other economic positions. Professional and technical positions that do not have special requirements for majors (referred to as other specialized categories) refer to professional and technical positions that do not have professional requirements in the recruitment conditions or written examination content when various departments (units) organize open recruitment.

Working skill positions include technical positions and general worker positions in public institutions with job levels of Level 2 (technician) and below.
