Introduction of the institute

Northstar Research (NSR for short) was jointly initiated by the National Psychological Technology Application Research Association, the Department of Psychology of Renmin University of China, the Shanghai Human Resources Management Committee and Northstar Evaluation Consulting Co., Ltd.. The purpose of the institute is: based on scientific theory, oriented by practical application, with the fundamental goal of promoting talent development. The Institute devotes itself to the conceptual innovation and practical application of talent management and human resource consultation.

At present, the Institute has an expert team of nearly 100 people, including professors of psychology and human resources in famous universities at home and abroad, HR senior managers of top 500 enterprises at home and abroad, heads of important government agencies such as the National Talent Examination and Evaluation Center, and is committed to the research and application of cutting-edge technologies and models for talent evaluation and development. Up to now, more than 20 patents have been developed and applied for, and industry development reports such as "White Paper on Talent Evaluation Industry in China" have been published for many years.
